| "A life that's so demanding, I get so weak." ...
Brandee reminded me that I kinda dropped a bomb at the end of September then never said anything else about it! Thanks Brandee!
Anyway hubs did NOT have an infection. Things have actually been going really well. This is the longest (almost 3 months) he's gone without having a surgery since he got back ((knock on wood)). So things are going really well. He's talking about joining an ice hockey team and snow boarding this year. Both are good signs. :)
Besides that we are going to Charlotte for a few days this week. Just a little mini-vacation...come to think of it we need to go on an actual vacation sometime soon.
We are also in touch with a realtor looking for our next home. We aren't rushing into anything like we did the last time. Just taking our time looking for a great 2nd home! :)
And that's really all that's going on right now.
Hope this post is finding everyone well and that everyone is enjoying their October thus far!

| Happy September!
I don't think I'll be on here much anymore. I've got too many "blogs" haha. Xanga, Myspace, and more recently Facebook! Just too many. But I do still get on regularly to see how everything is going with everyone else.
Anyway hubs got some unfortunate news today - he may have another bone infection. I'm hoping to god he doesn't but it's a possibility. Also he's been having back pain and it may have something to do with his kidneys because of all the medication he's been on for over a year now we are pretty worried about it. They wont test until next week because it could be something as trivial as he slept wrong on it. So I guess we will see how that goes.
He is finally going back on his anti-depressants too. It's a good thing because he has been weening himself off of percoset and has been for lack of a better word, a bitch since he's started. I understand how hard it is, but he's been majorly mean and moody. So hopefully the anti-depressants will counter act a little.
I think that's all that's going on right now. Hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

| Moving was bittersweet this time.
Every other time we have moved it's been a happy one. Had nothing happened last year we would still be living there. We loved our first house. I mean I have now moved 3 times in 3 years. So i'm about over moving at this point. However, the next move will be another happy one. I am so thankful for the apartment but I just want a house again. I also want to go back to school (FINALLY!!) I haven't had time and this year marks 3 years since I was in school. It makes me sad. I need to go back.
Don't get me wrong we are super happy that the house FINALLY sold. It was just, as I said a bittersweet move.
The new owner officially closes on August 21st. I need to transfer all the utilities into her name, and all of the fun stuff that goes along with closing as the seller. haha
Not too much else to report.

| It's been 1 year today since Hubby hit the IED.
I can't believe how much everything has changed in the course of this one year.
I've learned so much. Some good things, some bad.
I just can't believe it's been a year already.
